Which treatment should I choose if I am not sure?
If you are new to Moons and you are coming for your skin, choose the first skin appointment. We start with a skin analysis and treat what your skin needs at that moment. If you have been before, choose the facial on advice: then we choose together in the salon what fits best within that hour. If you would rather look for yourself first, take the skin quiz.
Can I book more than one treatment?
Yes, in the booking calendar you can choose several treatments, for example your brows and a lash lift. If you are not sure whether it fits in one appointment, just send us a WhatsApp message.
I cannot see a time that suits me. What now?
Send us a WhatsApp message on +31 6 12 02 42 00. Then we will look together for a time that does suit you.
Will I get a confirmation of my appointment?
Yes, after booking you will get a confirmation by email. You can also use that email to reschedule or cancel your appointment.
I have a gift voucher. How do I book?
Book your treatment here, bring the voucher to your appointment and pay in the salon afterwards. If the treatment costs more than the voucher, you pay the difference, by card or in cash.
How do I prepare?
That depends on your treatment. For a skin treatment it is best to come without make-up, and for waxing the hair needs to be about 5 mm long. The details for each treatment are listed under practical information.
