What does a facial cost?

What you pay, why prices differ and what a course costs.

In brief

  • At Moons a facial costs €59.00 to €89.00, for 45 to 75 minutes.
  • A peel costs €69.00 to €89.00, microneedling €89.00 to €119.00.
  • The difference is mainly in the duration and in what happens: cleansing and care, a peel, or microneedling with a cocktail of active ingredients.
  • For a visible difference you often do a course. You pay per session, so after every appointment you decide for yourself whether to continue.
  • You start with the first skin appointment for €69.00: a skin analysis and a treatment that suits your skin, in one hour.

What does each treatment cost?

These are the facials at Moons, from short and fresh to extensive.

All prices, including waxing, brows and lashes, are on the prices page.

Why one costs more.

The price mainly depends on the time and on what happens. A quick cleansing of 45 minutes cleanses and refreshes. A treatment of an hour or longer has more steps, with active ingredients that suit your skin.

With a peel and with microneedling you also pay for what goes into your skin: an acid of a certain strength, or a cocktail of active ingredients that we work in with the Dermapen. That is why microneedling with PDRN and exosomes costs more than a cleanse.

If you compare prices between salons, also look at the duration, at what is included and whether your skin is looked at first.

What does a course cost?

For a visible difference in your skin you often do a series. You pay per session.

TreatmentPer sessionUsual courseFull course (estimate)
Fruit acid peel, First peel 10%€69.004 sessions€276.00
Fruit acid peel, Glow peel 23%€79.004 to 6 sessions€316.00 to €474.00
Mandelic acid 30%€89.004 to 6 sessions€356.00 to €534.00
Microneedling with hyaluronic acid€89.004 to 6 sessions€356.00 to €534.00
Microneedling with PDRN and exosomes€99.004 to 6 sessions€396.00 to €594.00

For microneedling with PDRN, exosomes and LED therapy there are also courses: three sessions for €329.00, six for €619.00. LED therapy after a peel costs €20.00 extra.

Good to know about paying.

  • You pay afterwards

In the salon, by card or in cash.

  • You pay per session

Also for a series. After every appointment you decide for yourself whether to continue.

  • Insurance doesn't pay

A treatment at a beauty therapist is cosmetic and is not reimbursed. More in beauty therapist or skin therapist.

  • Upkeep

After a course, once every four to six weeks is often enough to keep your skin that way.

Not sure yet what you need?

Then start with the first skin appointment. For €69.00 we look at your skin for an hour and treat straight away what your skin needs.

After that you know what your skin needs and what a course costs, before you start anything. You only book microneedling after that first appointment.
